Refund and Cancellation Policy
Energetic Weaver LLC
Effective Date: November 5, 2026
This policy applies to workshops, events, and training programs offered directly by Energetic Weaver LLC, whether held in person or online. It does not cover individual sessions, books, digital products, or separately contracted corporate programs.
Participant Cancellations
Refund eligibility is based on when Energetic Weaver LLC receives your written cancellation request before the event’s scheduled start:
14 or more calendar days before: Full refund of the registration amount paid.
At least 7 but fewer than 14 calendar days before: Refund of 50% of the registration amount paid.
Fewer than 7 calendar days before: No refund.
No-show: No refund.
Registering within seven days of an event does not create an additional cancellation or refund period.
Transferring Your Registration
You may transfer your registration to another person by submitting a written request at least 48 hours before the event’s scheduled start.
The replacement participant must meet any prerequisites or eligibility requirements for the event. Please provide their full name and email address so we can confirm eligibility and update the registration.
A transfer applies to the same event and date. It does not automatically provide credit toward a different event or future training.
Events Canceled by Energetic Weaver
If Energetic Weaver LLC cancels an event, registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration amount paid.
Rescheduled Events
If Energetic Weaver LLC reschedules an event, you may choose to attend on the new date or receive a full refund of the registration amount paid.
Instructions for communicating your choice will be included in the rescheduling notice. Please request a refund before the rescheduled event begins.
How to Request a Cancellation, Transfer, or Refund
Email admin@energeticweaver.com and include your full name, the event or training name and scheduled date, the email address used for registration, and whether you are requesting a cancellation, transfer, or refund.
Requests are assessed according to the date and time they are received, using the time zone stated in the event listing.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. If that is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Travel and Other Expenses
Refunds under this policy cover registration payments made to Energetic Weaver LLC. They do not include transportation, accommodation, or other expenses arranged independently by participants.
Your Rights
This policy does not limit any refund or other rights available under applicable law.
